This notice explains what happens to information you give Imperial Studios through this website. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

When you send the contact or free preview form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, business name, website address if you give one, and your message.

Why, and the legal basis

We use it only to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a homepage preview or a quote. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.

Who else handles it

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, and form submissions are sent to us by email through Cloudflare. We don’t sell your details, add you to a mailing list or share them with anyone else.

How long we keep it

If we don’t end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, we keep what’s needed for the project and for our business records.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use advertising cookies or tracking scripts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Send a request through the contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
